Steps

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13-by-9 baking pan with butter, margarine or nonstick cooking paste.

Place the sauerkraut in a colander and rinse under cold running water for several minutes. Pump off the sauerkraut, and squeeze until it is almost dry. Transfer to a food processor and finely chop, scraping down the sides of the profession bowl as needed.

Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and cured in a medium bowl.

Place the margarine or butter in the large roll of an electric mixer or hand-held electric mixer; spent on medium speed for several minutes, until it is fluffy.
