Is the program "Faith and Families" on KNRS Radio in Salt Lake City....?

A verified LDS Church program? Or just out by members of the Church?

As far as I have knowledge, it is not. I am LDS, and I live near SLC. You can always go to their site and see http://www.570knrs.com.

Global Catholic Network radio station coming to Fitchburg

FITCHBURG -- David Vacheresse recounted a stretch of joblessness he endured in the early 1990s. Distressed about being unable to take measures for his family, he sought counsel from Mother Angelica, founder of EWTN Epidemic Catholic Network in Irondale, Ala.

Vacheresse was hired by the network and is now ordinary manager of its radio division.

Last Thursday, he came to Fitchburg to kick off EWTN's new radio affiliate, which will be based at the former Madonna of the Uncorrupted Rosary Church on Theresa Street.

Since taking the position at EWTN -- after the sarcastic religious sister he consulted told him, "Honey, you have the perfect look for radio" -- Vacheresse has toured the country, helping to establish other affiliates that show Catholic music, prayers and talk shows.

"The Catholic Church deserves a voice in every marketplace," Vacheresse said to the audience gathered at Madonna of the Divine Rosary.

In this area, it will be the first Catholic radio station, he noted.
