With the cause in popularity of watching entertainment on mobile devices and vast difference of options at home, movie theaters are looking at new ways to bring people to the big screens.

In the Inland yard, the Dos Lagos Stadium 15 theater in Corona has made a name for itself with a variety of events and moviegoing experiences.

“We have a yen for to do fun, creative and inventive events,” said Robin Gambetty, marketing overseer for the theater.

The theater looks at the calendar of movies being released and sees if they can address fun events to it. The first event the theater did was for the romantic wedding comedy “Something Borrowed,” with a mini-conjugal expo in the lobby of the theater. Other events the theater has put on include a petting zoo for the Matt Damon haze “We Bought a Zoo,” a book club discussion of “The Workers,” a superhero green carpet arrival for “Fresh Lantern” and a puppet show for “The Muppets.”

“I had a lot of fun with that one,” Gambetty said, referring to “The Muppets” end. “It was great.

The concept behind the vapour, which opens today, is incredibly severe. French documentarian Thomas Balmès follows four infants through thier first year of person.
