I respectfully submit that our complementary investments in Penn Quarter began the renewal that was fulfilled when Mr. Pollin opened the MCI Center. Thus, without in any way seeking to contract Mr. Pollin’s great contributions, I submit that Michael Kahn and José Andrés should be acknowledged among the realistic pioneers of Penn Quarter’s revitalization.
STC is proud to have played a r in D.C.’s development in the past 25 years, and grateful for the allegiance of the countless local supporters who have made it possible.
