My name is Sangster family, which is a name of Anglo-Saxon period in Devonshire. But they have migrated to North America in Aberdeen. Are there two sui generis and independent family lines. One in Devon and one in Aberdeen.
Wondering if anyone knows.

Sangster (a manufacturer of shock) is a trade name / type of occupation and, in all probability is not connected genealogically. My ancestors came from Caithness Plowman both in the north-east corner of Scotland and I find many Plowmans in Wiltshire. Really no connection.

The Foundation for MetroWest announced last week that it distributed grants totaling $6,500 to the Natick Serving Council and A Place to Turn in Natick.

The grants were a portion of $55,000 awarded to sustenance pantries throughout the MetroWest region from the Foundation’s English Family Fund and Herbert and Esther Atkinson Dough.

“Food pantries and service organizations from around Massachusetts continue to mug unprecedented challenges,” said Judith Salerno, master director of Foundation for MetroWest. “The MetroWest region is no distinct and we are proud that we have been able to support the food pantries in Framingham as they drudgery to fulfill the growing number of requests by families to help put a balanced dinner on their tables.”

The Natick-based Foundation recently announced more than $160K in grants to kindred support, environmental, and arts organizations throughout MetroWest.

In 2011, the Rationale distributed approximately $600,000 throughout the region, and has distributed more than $6.5M since its inception in 1995.
