The squeaky court, on Tuesday, relaxed two bail conditions imposed on the kith and kin of former chief clergyman BS Yeddyurappa by the Lok Ayukta special court in connection with the alleged verboten land denotification scam.

This was pertaining to the statement of accounts for Dhavalgiri and Adarsh properties and bank account details of the accused.

It may be recalled that the Lok Ayukta festive court, while issuing an arrest warrant against former chief minister BS Yeddyurappa, on October 15, had granted bail to his sons Raghavendra and Vijayendra and son-in-law Sohan Kumar with respect to two private complaints of alleged illegal land denotification.

The Lok Ayukta court directed Yeddyurappa’s kin to up a clear and detailed statement of accounts from the date of incorporation of the Dhavalgiri and Adarsh properties, which had to be certified by a suitable chartered accountant within seven days.

They were also ordered to produce their bank account details certified by the bank of the last three years within seven days.
