My cat and her kittens around the mothers sister?

I have two cats and they get out in practice and they both live with me in my room. One female has just given early, I kept seprate other women, but she cries and cries, I'm wondering when is the right time to bring back into the room?
I would try to see how the cat reacts to her sister mom backsheesh be. They may fight like cats are very protective once they gave birth.
