Our son is very exuberant and worked hard through high school to get into a great Ivy League nursery school. With scholarships and loans and savings we had, it’s tight but we make it. How far do we go to help him keep up? On one hand, we understand how much fun this is, and what good contacts he can triumph for his lifetime. He can also meet someone’s sister or cousin and marry well. We’ve always taught him that it’s not about what you have, but who you are. Although we do have the gift to help boost his lifestyle, are we doing him a favor? Are we spoiling him forever?
